CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS

• Purchase the items you want

• Add the details of your design in the personalization box. Need more room? Message me.

• Email your reference photos to angela@odellmae.com

• I begin work on your design within 2-3 business days after purchase.

• I will provide you a water-marked draft. The design work includes 2 revisions. You can purchase additional revisions upon request. • Once we get to a final design I will email you the high-resolution profile photo and mark your order as completed.• After you approve the final design no further changes can be made.

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE! This hasn't happened yet, but if we are unable to land on a design concept that you like within ~1 week of consistent communication I would issue a full refund.

Note that depending on the level of detail that it may take longer than 1 week for me to finish the drawing once we land on the design direction that you have in mind.

IMPORTANT

• No returns or exchanges for custom items, so please review the details carefully and ask any questions you have before purchasing.
